Decathlon Italia Diversity & inclusion proposal
Decathlon is really involved in Diversity & Inclusion. During 2020 the company asked their employee to create their own logo and this was my proposal.
The concept is the famous Tetris game where every piece is unique and assembling together they can give life to unique results. Likewise, if Decathlon will be able to include different collaborators by making the most of their talents, the great game of inclusion will be won.
The empty corner at the top right is a sign that what we have done up to now is not enough: we will always be able to welcome new diversities to give life to an increasingly inclusive game plan.
